VILLA EL POSTRE HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
An attractive villa with private pool and lots of privacy. At short driving distance (5 min) you will find the centre of Moraira with the beaches Platja l'Ampolla and Playa el Portet. Villa El Postre is a detached, single-storey recently renovated villa with a private pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and many seating areas around the house.... This villa is also located in a beautiful green area with wide views all around. In the fishing village of Moraira you will find small coves, cosy squares, many restaurants and walking possibilities such as the route Paseo Ecológico.
INTERIOR VILLA EL POSTRE
The living room with atmospheric furnishings has a sitting area, stove, air conditioning (hot/cold), television and dining area. Wifi is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with large freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, juicer, toaster, kettle, 4-ring hob and Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom 1: double bed (180x200, can be detached), air conditioning (hot/cold) and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. Bedroom 2: double bed (180x200, can be detached) and air conditioning (hot/cold). Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x190) and fan. Bathroom 2 is equipped with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. There are mosquito nets for the windows throughout the house. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are also provided.
It is not possible to place a cot because of the space in the bedrooms. The villa is suitable for max. 6 persons.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA EL POSTRE IN MORAIRA
What fine outdoor living you will experience in this holiday home. Around the private pool are 6 sunbeds and two parasols. There is also an outdoor shower. The outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue ensures that you will mainly live outside during your holiday. There is also a covered terrace with dining area, as well as a comfortable lounge area on the veranda. The villa is surrounded by lots of greenery with wide views. Four (rental) cars can be parked on your private parking space. The spacious grounds of Villa el Postre are fully fenced.

- In July and August we apply a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday and a minimum stay of 7 nights.
- In the other months arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, however, your booking must connect to previous / subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.
- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

Deposit
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €350,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.
WINTER RENTAL
This property does not allow winter rentals from December through March.
This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (Up to 24 years)
